My Story

I have a passion for travel and spent my 20s & 30s as a nomad.  I lived and worked in Greece for 3 summers, spent a couple of years in Australia and New Zealand and I travelled to many countries in Europe and around the world.  After spending 7 years in London, where my job was an Office Manager for 3 of those years, I was itching to go travelling again.

One of the reasons I booked this trip was so that I could say goodbye to a friend who lived in Brisbane, Australia. My dear friend Mel had sadly passed away from her battle with addiction. I caught the bus to visit her in almost 40° heat and then I searched for her resting place.  When I eventually did, I stood at her grave feeling helpless, wondering what I could have done to help so it hadn't got this far.  It was not long afterwards, when I decided that I wanted to be able to help people and become a therapist.

Fast forward a few years and am now proud to call myself a Therapist and a Hypnotherapist and I am now able to help people and, in some situations, give them their life back.

Many people go to a therapist when they have tried all other avenues. They soon realise that the methods I use actually work for people and can work quickly too!

If you are looking for relief from issues like Anxiety, Stress, Insomnia, Fears or Phobias, I can help.

I am trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR, EFT & NLP

With the many skills and tools, I have learnt over the years I am able to help many people.

"I have had two sessions with Kerrie and they have been amazing! If you have never tried hypnosis before I implore you to try it! I have never felt so relaxed and calm! It helps you clear your mind of all the outside clutter and focus on what you intend to change! Kerrie was brilliant, she made me feel totally at ease and guiding me through the whole process in a professional yet friendly and supportive way."
